Log Files: Luflina Design follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Terms & Conditions
Proposal: For any website project, a strategy session is required to gather all necessary information for building the website based on the needs and goals of the client’s business. Additional work required to the project will incur additional costs.
Webpage Design: Within 30 business days of receiving the client’s company information and deposit, Luflina Design Studio will create a webpage design concept. The webpage design concept will be submitted for the client review via e-mail unless otherwise negotiated. One round of revision is included in quoted price. Further revisions will incur additional costs at Luflina Design Studio’s current hourly rate.
Client Provisions: The client will provide all text to be used in web pages, unless otherwise negotiated. The client agrees to provide copy and any other submissions in a timely manner.
File Delivery: After the final webpage design is approved, the final webpage design will be sent to the client as digital files (.fig, .sketch).
Ownership: Upon receipt of the final payment the client has ownership of the final webpage design for use in any media application that is beneficial the client’s business. Luflina Design Studio retains the right to use the final webpage design, or any versions of the webpage design created in the process, within online portfolios, including promotional materials such as newsletters and advertisements. The client also gives Luflina Design Studio permission to use the client’s website address, for testimonial purposes on his website, or other business-related media.

Payments
Payments: In return for webpage design, the client agrees to pay the total fee payable in one payment. The client understands that the final webpage design belongs to Luflina Design Studio until paid in full. After confirming the order, the client will be taken to the website of the payment system Fondy, where the client will need to complete the payment details.
Payment Methods: Luflina Design Studio offers the following online payment options using Fondy payment system:
